Managing Director (UK) & Director of Operations (Group), Select Travel AB Saif ul Haque started in the travel Industry in 1996, initially working with flight consolidation companies and eventually moving into tour operating. In 1998, Saif joined Captivating Cuba and eventually took over the operation as General Manager and helped to develop the business from a £1.5million annual turnover into a £4 million turnover. He managed a team of employees based in the UK and Havana as well as representatives in various parts of Cuba. Having left Captivating Cuba, he joined Western Oriental Travel as Head of Operations and General Manager of some of the acquired [luxury travel] brands within the Group. In 2007, Saif joined Select Travel AB, a Swedish company, to set up its operation in UK in the heart of Mayfair, London. The following year, Saif became Director of Operations for the group. Select Collection has offices in the Nordic Countries and is involved in the sale of luxury package holidays. Saif is also a Board Member of the UK Company. Select Collection has its office and store in London's South Audley Street in Mayfair. |
