Director, Harris Interactive (Travel & Tourism) Harris Interactive is a global research partner with extensive industry sector expertise, including retail, healthcare, financial services, public affairs, technology, telecoms, media and entertainment. Mark Baldwin is a Director of Harris Interactive’s Travel & Tourism practice, tasked with driving the commercial side of this division. Mark graduated in engineering before embarking on a career within Advertising, Marketing & Business Information with a specialist focus on strengthening business relationships. Mark has experience across the whole marketing mix and holds an impressive CV from serving as an International Advertising Director for TIME Magazine and more recently as Head of Client Services for Nielsen Media Research where Mark built a specialist team working across the Travel & Tourism arena in both the consumer and business-to-business environment. Mark continued this trend when he became Commercial Director of Xtreme Information, again building a specialist travel team whose credentials where further enhanced by partnerships Mark brokered with various industry bodies. Experience in the travel and tourism sector has seen Mark work with a variety of clients including Thomas Cook, British Airways, DeVere Group, Opodo, Visit Scotland, Tourism Ireland, Travelsphere and more niche B2B travel industry providers such as Travelport.
