HAMISH McVEY
Brand & Design Manager, Global Marketing, British Airways Hamish McVey started his career in market research at RS Consulting working on new product development for technology companies such as Nokia and HP and moved to T-Mobile in 2003, holding roles in Customer Insights and Consumer Marketing, latterly leading proposition development in the prepay market. He joined British Airways in June 2008 as Club World brand manager, with responsibility for developing the airline’s Club World proposition. Since May 2009, he has been responsible for managing Brand and Design across the airline. His role entails global development of the British Airways brand, developing innovative customer propositions across all segments and the entire design agenda across the business. Hamish has also been instrumental in the implementation and roll-out of British Airways’ new First Class product development, launched this year. |
