LEARN MORE ABOUT ONLINE EVENTS TTG Virtual's online events are a new and exciting way of learning, networking and doing business. These travel industry conferences take place entirely online, and all participants access the event via their work computer. No attendance costs, no fuss - just a great opportunity to learn, network and debate.
TTG Virtual: Luxury has many of the benefits of a face-to-face event including a full conference programme, a range of exhibitors and plenty of opportunities to network and exchange ideas. You can learn more about virtual events by logging in to the on-demand archive of our most recent event, TTG Virtual: Cruise. The event has now closed so there will be no exhibitors in attendance, but all of the exhibitor content is still available to download, and you can view the seminar sessions on-demand. Just go to ttgvirtual.com/cruise where you can still register free and attend today.
Who are virtual events for? TTG Virtual's travel events are ideal for anyone in the travel industry. Thanks to the online nature of the event, TTG Virtual: Luxury is ideal for home workers, agency workers, concierge service operators, travel operators, ancilliaries and hoteliers - all you need is a PC and an internet connection. Is this luxury event free to attend? Yes, TTG Virtual: Luxury is completely free to attend for delegates. When is it? It will take place on 28 June 2011, from 9.00 until 17.00 UK time. What are the technical requirements? Most people won’t need any specialist technology; a standard work PC with flash 10.1 or higher should be sufficient. Just in case there are any issues specific to your machine or organisation's IT policy, we will send you a 'System Check' email prior to the event that allows you to uncover and resolve any potential issues in one click. What does the online event include? It includes all the areas you’d expect to find at a physical event, such as: The Exhibition Hall: This is where you will find all the 'virtual' stands from exhibitors. They are fully staffed during the event, allowing you to visit and engage with the exhibitors. You can also enter prize draws and download useful information. The Auditorium: This is where you can watch exclusive interviews, panel debates and presentations. These play live at various times during the event and will then be available on-demand afterwards. The Briefcase and Resource Centre: Similar to a goodie bag at a live event, the Briefcase provides a central location where you can gather and download all the pdfs, videos and factsheets available at the event. Prize Centre: Visit the prize centre to ensure that you are entered for all of the exciting prizes available at the event. The Networking Lounge: Using an instant messenger-style chat window, you can discuss the panel sessions, network with exhibitors / attendees and catch up with industry peers in the Networking Lounge. How do I register to attend? Just fill in our short registration form to ensure that you are signed up in time for the event.
